Job description

We are searching for a sales lead for our boutique at Eaton Center. We are looking for someone who is passionate, dynamic and willing to grow with our quickly expanding, Montreal company. The sales lead will assist the store manager in diverse tasks.

Requirements

  • Customer service and sales experience

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Bilingual (spoken French and English)

  • Demonstrates a creative approach towards customers, management and complex situations

  • Management experience

  • Demonstrates leadership and is a team player

  • Offers courteous and professional customer service

  • Easily adapts and quick learner

  • Able to work alone and within a team

  • Available days, nights and weekends.

Responsabilities

  • Follow up and manage customer service emails

  • Ensure correct in-store delivery process

  • Manage in-store appointments and YCBM schedule

  • Develop sale techniques and recommend approaches

  • Team management when the store manager is absent

  • Manage scheduling with the store manager

  • Create social media content

  • Open and close the boutique

  • Ensure that all team members correctly represent the brand image and serves customers in a professional manner.
