Request a refund

How to:

  1. Log in to your BonLook account by clicking on the top right hand tab called ‘’MY ACCOUNT’’.
  2. If you are not logged in, you will have to fill in your username and password.
  3. Click on MY ORDERS, located on the left handside of the page.
  4. Click on DETAILS located on the right of the order you want to return.
  5. Scroll down and click on the option to ‘’CLICK HERE TO FILE A RETURN REQUEST’’ and fill out the form.
  6. Once all of the required fields are filled out, submit your request.
  7. You will receive an email instructing you on how to proceed.

To return your package

  • Print out your shipping label.
  • Make sure the products are in perfect condition & return all original materials sent by BonLook.
  • Please use the same shipping box and tape the box securely, do not return your glasses in an envelope.

The details

  • We accept returned orders of products in perfect condition within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please allow us 10 business days to process your request upon receiving your parcel.
  • We will contact you via email to confirm the receipt of your returned package and proceed with the refund.
  • In the event that original shipping was paid, it is non-refundable.
  • If the merchandise in question was marked as final sale, we will be unable to provide a refund. These products will clearly state that this is the case in their description.
  • BonLook gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash. If you return merchandise purchased with a Gift Card, the refunded amount will be issued in the form of an E-Gift Card that will be directly sent to you by email. If you used a 2nd payment method in the transaction you want to return, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your 2nd payment method (i.e.: cash, credit card or debit card).
  • We do not repair glasses, replace lenses in your old frames, nor do we accept frames that are not from BonLook.
  • The refund will appear on the same card you used for the purchase. We cannot change card or the refund method.
  • Please note that only one return/refund will be available per order. If you make more than one request, BonLook will cover the costs of the first one. Any additional return requested will be at your fees.
  • BonLook reserves the right to refuse free shipping and/or returns to certain customers who abuse the free returns and refunds policy. Customers concerned will be warned before the shipment of their most recent purchase.
  • Lastly, only US and Canadian orders with $ 80 or more qualify for free shipping and are subject to our return policy. Customers who have orders inferior to $ 80 will be responsible for shipping cost coverage for both purchases and returns.
  • BonLook is not responsible for additional custom fees.
